Drama Club presents "The Curious
Savage" Friday March 19th and Saturday 20th at 6:30pm
and Sunday March 21st at 1:30pm. Admission is $5.00 for students and
$.7.00 for all others. There is also a special discount show Thursday March
18th for only $4.00.
There will be football weight training for all
football players interested starting Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays
starting at 6:00 a.m. with Coach Wayman.
If you are interested in being in leadership next
year please pick up an application in Mrs. Simoni's room. All leadership applications are due March
19th.

selling Easter Grams for just $1. Grams are on sale both 1st and 2nd

Student 1: Hey, did you hear about Weston Ranch's
Art Show on April 7th and 8th? It's right when we get back from spring break.
There's going to be art from beginning and advanced Digital photo, ceramics and
art! There will also be music from band, choir, piano, guitar, and orchestra.
Student 2: It's called Celebrate the Arts right?
Didn't they have cookies, candy and hot coco for sale for one dollar last year?
Student 1: Yep and they are doing that again April
7th and 8th from 7-8:30 pm in the theater this year too. They also have
ceramic artwork and buttons for sale.
Student 2: Really what does the ceramics stuff look
like?
Student 1: Well they've got, bowls and cups, and
Weston Ranch plaques. You know like the ones the ladies in the office have. You
know what else they are doing this year at Celebrate the Arts?
Student 2: I don't know what else are they doing at
Celebrate the Arts?
Student 1: They are going to have a peoples choice
award for all the art work. I'm going to go vote for my friends painting. Who
do you want to vote for at Celebrate the Arts on April 7th and 8th from 7-8:30
pm in the theater?
Student 2: My friends in Digital Photo and I've got
another one in Art. I'll have to vote for one of them! So what are all the
things they are doing at Celebrate the Arts?
Student 1: There are art displays from art,
ceramics, and digital photo. There's music from band, choir, orchestra, guitar,
and piano. And there's cookies, candy, hot coco, ceramics, and buttons for
sale! Oh, and don't forget voting for the peoples choice awards.
Student 2: Ok, so let me make sure I've got this
right. Celebrate the Arts is right when we get back from spring break on April
7th and 8th in the theater from 7-8:30.

It's that time of year again. Celebrate the Arts
will be the week we get back from spring break on April 7th and 8th from
7-8:30pm in the theater.
Highlights include:
- Art displays from Digital photo, Ceramics, and
Art
- Music from Band, Choir, Orchestra, Piano and
Guitar
- People's Choice Award
- Pottery sale (new Weston Ranch name plaques,
cups, bowls, etc.)
- Concessions- hot coco, water, candy, cookies
If you do not have an ID card please see Melinda in
Counseling during Lunch, Brunch or after school to have one made.
Replacement cards are 10 dollars. Remember, that's Lunch, Brunch or
After school.
Prom tickets are on sale through April 7th. Tickets will be sold at both lunches in the
cafeteria. Ticket prices increase each
week.
On March 26th in the Career Center during 6th
period there will be a representative from the Art Institute. He
will provide you with an overview of all of the programs offered and
requirements for admission. If you are interested in attending this
presentation please sign up in the counseling office.
The computer
lab will be open on Thursdays after school from 2:30 -3:30 for students to work
on homework or projects.
* Just a reminder for those who have been assigned
Saturday School that you need to be here before 8:00 a.m. in front of the
cafeteria. The consequence for not attending will be a suspension.
The only excuse for not attending will require a doctor's note. If you
can't attend, you must reschedule with either Mrs. Colon or Mrs. Moreno before
3:00 p.m. on Fridays.

Scholarships are now being listed on the
scholarship board in the counseling office. Please come by and check them
out!!!
