| Piano Recitals hit a high note | |

After an entire year's worth of hard work, the piano students at East Union finally got to show off their talents in a recital. The recital was their final as well as a culmination of all their learnings this year. The performance was put on, to show the parents and friends and family just how much their student has learned on the piano. This year was an exceptional mix of original compisitions and old classics.

East Union recognized it's most talented and academically achieving students during Senior Awards night. Various awards and scholarships were given out in order to show off all the hard work and accomplishments that East Union seniors have accomplished. This year the seniors set a record by getting more than 3 million dollars in scholarships total.

| And Then They Came For Me... | |

The East Union Playbox Theatre put on a deep and thought inducing play called "And Then They Came From Me". The play was about survivors of the Holocaust and thier tales. It focused around the reflections of actual survivors with their past experiences protrayed by the actors. Watching footage of survivors gave insight into what life was like for jews during the war.

The East Union High School Band puts on their last concert of the year. The concert featured the band, jazz band and the famous saxophone quartet. The band was directed by Terry Silveria and student teacher Anthony Yi.

| East Union's Most Talented put on an Art Show | |

Student's enrolled in different art classes submitted thier best works for the annual Art Show. Here East Union's most talented artisits got a chance to show off thier best pieces of art from the past school year. As well as being on display for all to see, their teacher surveyed each one and selected the top paintings, photographs, and ceramics for different prizes. Also, at the Art Show the East Union Jazz Band and Choir sang and played a few songs to add to the festive evening.

| EUHS JROTC Puts on Car Show | |

The East Union High School JROTC put on a car show on May 9th. The car show featured a variety of show cars and other activites. The cadets went around and judged all the different cars that were on display. Out of all the cateogires that were up for discussion, they each chose a winner. Funds from the car show go to the Lancer Batallion.
