With more and more students flooding into MJC while simultaneously facing budget cuts, we are looking for ways to help students be prepared so that they will have the best chance at getting all the right classes. Middle and high school students, teachers and parents are invited to attend Science on Saturday (SOS) in Tracy, CA. SOS is offered FREE OF CHARGE. LOCATION: Grand Theater, 715 Central Avenue, Tracy. CA TIME: The presentations begin promptly at 9:30 a.m. SEATING IS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED: No pre-registration. Seating is limited. Come early to ensure a seat. PROGRAM FLIER: Print the program flier in color or black and white from http://education.llnl.gov/sos. STUDENT NOTES WORKSHEET: Students receive a worksheet to record the details of the talk. The worksheet is hand stamped at the end of the session. TEACHERS: Receive a FREE copy of the Power Point slides and a DVD of the video recording of the talk by mail.
