6th Grade Environmental Stewardship Program (ESP)
Welcome back to the start of an incredible new school year! In education, we strive to focus on relevant issues throughout our curriculum. This year our 6th Grade classes will be able to participate in a brand new program that will focus on environmental sustainability issues.

This school year six themes will be addressed:
  • Air Quality
  • Recycling
  • Energy
  • Climate
  • Conservation/Agriculture
  • Water
Every 6th Grade student attending MUSD will receive a complimentary backpack (made available through a grant from PG &E) filled with information to coincide with the theme. At the conclusion of the school year, the student will take the backpack home filled with exciting information from Planet Party Day on April 15, 2010.
