Registration Requirements
If the student is coming from and Alternative Education program, you will have to go through the Child Welfare and Attendance Department at the District Office before you can enroll. Please contact 825-3200 ext. 762.
Registration hours 7:30 am-12:00 pm.
You will need the following documents before enrollment. If the documentation is not provided, registration will be delayed until the information is received.
- Proof of Residency-A copy of one of the following is required by our school district:
- a PG&E bill
- a phone bill
- a city water/garbage bill
with the Parent/Guardian’s name and resident address printed on it.
- Immunizations are required upon registration. Out of state/country students must have proof of Varicella before they can be enrolled.
- Birth Certificate
- Transcript of grades and credits. (If coming from another secondary school.)
- Withdrawal form with grades to time of leaving. If a student is enrolling during the school year, a withdrawal form from the previous school is required to verify that the student has withdrawn from prior school.
- For students entering our special education program, the counselor will need a copy of the most current IEP.
- A parent/guardian must accompany the student upon registration.
