Wendy King, Past Chairperson
Wendy was born and raised in Manteca. She attended Sequoia Elementary and Manteca High. Wendy has served as a trustee for the Manteca Unified School District since 2004 and she is currently the Board President. She is married to her husband Jim and has four beautiful daughters. Wendy's inspiration for starting the MUST Foundation came from the wonderful life-long memories and experiences she has as a MUSD student and the opportunity to work with the extremely talented and empowering volunteers who share the mission to create positive changes and motivate people so that the current and future students of Manteca Unified have great life-long memories too!

Chuck Crutchfield, Chairperson
Chuck Crutchfield has been working with our youth since 1975 and has been the President of several non-profit organizations such as the Manteca Chamber of Commerce, South County Crime Stoppers, Manteca Convention & Visitors Bureau, and Manteca Sunrise Kiwanis. Chuck currently serves on the Board of Doctors Hospital of Manteca He is currently employed with Give Every Child A Chance, a volunteer tutor-mentor & after school program that operates over 30 locations in South San Joaquin County. Chuck is married to Dianna, has two daughters and two granddaughters.

Carol Davis, Treasurer
Carol Davis began her career working for Kaiser Permanente in 1976, retiring after 25 years in 2000. She served on the Board of Directors for Manteca’s Boys and Girls Club from 1997 through 2004. She is currently 1st Chair for the San Joaquin County Children’s Services Coordinating Commission. She is an active member of Manteca Sunrise Kiwanis. She received recognition by the California State Legislature as the 2004 Woman of the Year (for the 26th district). Carol joined the staff of Give Every Child A Chance in July of 2000 as President/Chief Executive Officer. Under her leadership the program has grown from offering services to 69 youth in 1998 to serving over 1889 students during the 2006/2007 school year, with an increase in the budget from $89,000 in 2000-2001 to over $2,000,000 in 2007-2008.

Michael Dodge, Director
Michael Dodge became the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services to Manteca Unified in 2002. Mr. Dodge has been an Assistant Superintendent of Business Services in California for over 20 years. Recently the Association of School Business Officials awarded him with their highest honor "Honorary Life Membership" for his accomplishments and contributions to school business. He teaches for the School Business Academy, the State CBO Certification Program and is a mentor to the up and coming school business officials in the USC CBO Certification Program. Michael lives in Escalon with his three children. He enjoys scuba diving and spending time in Monterey.

Faustina Rosas, Secretary
Faustina Rosas is the Administrative Assistant for Jason Messer, the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services. She has been working for MUSD since 1998. She is married and has four children.

Tevani Liotard, Director
Tevani Liotard, born and raised in Manteca, attended St. Anthonys', Sequoia, Lincoln and Manteca High. Married 19 years to Jeff, have two amazing daughters, Mahlynn and Jaslynn, both attend Sierra High. Teacher (East Union/Sierra)and coach(Manteca, East Union and Sierra) in Manteca Unified since 1988. Currently the District, Elementary Phyiscal Education Coordinator. Coached basketball and softball and currently varsity volleyball at Sierra High. Dedicated to giving children an opportunity to experience physical activities through organized athletics. Regular exercise is known to improve the function and performance of the brain.
